I have a good 16 gigs of RAM, but for some reason, the amount of RAM in my system and the amount of RAM being used does not add up. Once RAM usage goes up, sometimes above 95%, it never seems to go down, even if I close all my programs. I already ran a full Kaspersky scan, and I can only think of 2 things that could cause this:
1. Windows 10 is RAM hungry and the only solution is to periodically restart my computer
2. I recently moved my rig via plane. I took my RAM, hard drive, and GPU out and put them in their boxes with an anti static bag each. Maybe some RAM got messed up along the way.
