ehh I'd go with 2.
1. Assuming you have a standard 1080p monitor, both GPU's are overkill.
2. You replace the GPU far more often then the CPU. In 3 years an i7 will be more viable then an i5.
3. Buy the 1070 then get a nice 2k or 144hz monitor to go with it.
