My GPU, the GEFORCE® GTX 1060 ARMOR 6G OC only has one slot to plug my PSU cables in to. I need to plug in my PCI-E cable and my VGA cable but there aren't any slots to do both. Plugging in only the PCI-E cable, nothing happens while plugging in the VGA cable, the fans spin but the monitor doesn't turn on. This is my first build, so sorry if it's a stupid question.

Not only that, the card you have does not look to have any VGA connections at all, only HDMI, DisplayPort and DVI.

From what I see about that MSI 1060 model, it has a single 8 pin power connector.

What is your power supply brand and model?
