Hey guys, I'm wanting to upgrade my current system's GPU. I struggle to get 60 fps on most newer games. I also want to be sure that my current CPU isn't going to bottleneck my PC. I record locally/stream with OBS. My end goal is to have high quality recordings, as well as minimal 60 fps while recording on ONE single PC. I stream/record games like H1Z1, CS:GO, and other shooters. My current build: AMD 8350, Sapphire R9-270 Vapor-X, Asus M5A97 LE, 16 GB DD3 RAM, WD 1TB HDD, 550w power supply. I will also be upgrading to an SSD soon. Thanks for your time!

I suggest the GTX 1060 6GB with a good cooler.
Get this, features 10% faster performance than the RX 480 and better optimization.

If that's out of your budget range get this: http://pcpartpicker.com/product/7bL7YJ/gigabyte-geforce-gtx-1060-3gb-windforce-oc-video-card-gv-n1060wf2oc-3gd

Anything higher will be bottlenecked somewhat by your CPU, so I wouldn't suggest going above a 1060.

I would agree but currently the price of the 470 is right on the 480 4GB. They run about $219 so there isn't much savings. Now AMD is going to reduce the 470's price to compete against the 1050ti so I would wait to buy a 470 till then.
