I'm currently using the stock cooler for my i7-3770k however it gets really warm when I play games such as Overwatch and CS:GO, stays between 70 and 82 degrees Celsius which is pretty hot and it stays around 50-60 when idle. I haven't cleaned my current cpu cooler in a while but I will be doing it tonight. Anyway I still want to get a new cpu cooler just in case I want to overclock or do much more demanding things with my computer. So I'm looking for a good air cpu cooler that will fit in my case. I own a thermaltake V4 black edition.
As far as cpu coolers go I've had a look at two in particular:

I'm ideally looking for something within the price range of these two but I wouldn't have any problem going a bit higher if that means a better cooler. Any help is appreciated.
