Hi all,

I can't figure out how to wire a couple things on a new MSI atx micro b150m. It's been years since I've built a rig.

I have a Deepcool Tesseract atx mid tower and have a gigabyte wb867d-I wireless/Bluetooth card. Can't figure out how to wire this to the mobo.

I have no f_usb and all it came with is a 9 pin usb cable that I currently have plugged into JUSB 1.

My video card is large and covers m2-wifi.

Please help an idiot. I'd sure appreciate it.

Solution
You can use splitter but only one row of 4 pins on one header can be used for one USB output. In other words you can split it so one row of four pins on MB feeds that card and other row feeds one USB front connector.

Thanks for your post. Is being plugged into the pcie enough to get it running? Are the two ports on it not required?

Ok, sounds simple enough.

Now here's my dilemma then--this mobo doesn't have another USB contact, and it seems that I will have to choose one over the other:

The USB 3 cord for front panel is big and blue with a small USB female connection dangling off of it. On the front panel, the USB 3 and USB 2 are next to each other. Is this female connection for the USB 2 or is it a vital part of the USB 3's connection?

I can definitely live without the 2.0 if so.

Thanks again for the help.

Great. Based on Calvin7's post, is it possible to use a splitter on the USB 2.0 to allow for both?
