Computer randomly restarts out of safe mode (in safe mode everything is hunky dory) without warning. No shutdown sequence just a black screen then boots up and gives dialog of windows not shutting down properly. I'll mention haven't had this issue until I've moved places. I've cleaned out the pc with an air compressor. I've reformatted my HDD and reinstalled windows twice now. I do not suspect a virus because I was not getting BSOD even before the reformatting. I'm at my wits end.
This is a home built computer with various parts. Here are the specs. (Note: bios is updated to most recent version as of 10/13/2016).
OS: Windows 7 x64 bit with sp1
MB: MSI A88x-G41 PC Mate
Video card: SAPPHIRE Radeon R9 270X 2GB PCI Express 3.0 x16
RAM: 2x 8gb kingston hyperX fury
CPU: AMD A10-7700K Radeon R7, 10 Compute Cores 4C+6G (4 CPUs), ~3.4GHz
CPU cooler: Enermax Liqmax II 120
PSU: EVGA 650W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 640GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (From a previous pc 10+ years old. Safe mode makes me assume this isn't the problem but I'll leave that to y'all).
If I am forgetting something let me know. Thank you all for your time and knowledge.

Update:
(By the way this was my very first posting I'm not certain it was in the correct place. I don't regularly use forums).
On a side note I think I've figured the source of the problem but could still use any helpful responses as to why & if there is any fixes to it (Perhaps an older version/file I could use). After another reformat I decided to make some occasional restore points. First one was after SP1 installment. Second restore point was made after reinstalling some things that were basic to my last computer: my wireless adapter & steam with some games. This ran over 12+ hours with no crashing!
I'm almost certain the sole cause of this crashing happens once I install my video graphics card to my system with the AMD install manager. To support this I cleaned out my pc parts again one by one and upon reinstalling the video card it would crash more frequently from an hour or two of running down to about fifteen minutes to half an hour. Is the newest version of the AMD installments to much for my computer to handle I'm hoping? (<-Will try and give this a shot) This video card is only a year and a half years old and just happens to be the most expensive piece of equipment on my minimum wage budget I've ever bought for a computer or even a full tower case for that matter -.- Hope she's salvageable. If anyone knows of the equipment or software used I'd greatly appreciate your assistance on the matter.
