This is the strangest thing I have ever seen. My roommates and I were trying to figure out why the ethernet was not working on our router. As we were playing around with it, something strange happened. I disconnected the router from the modem and there was still internet... It is just the router plugged into the wall and connected to my computer through wifi. I could load pages, watch videos, everything. But the Ethernet doesn't work at all ... So basically why do we even have a modem and where is the internet coming from ??
I am using a desktop that runs on win 10 ...
