Getting an AMD A10 6800k, will I need to update my BIOS?

Currently I am looking at upgrading my current AMD A10 6700 to the 6800k so I can extend the life of my computer a tad before getting a new one. In the past I've had a good amount of trouble upgrading my computer because I simply didn't know some very core things, so that's why I'm here. The updating process on BIOS itself is severely daunting to someone like me who's so incredibly forgetful. So since I've had the 6700 for a good amount of time, do you guys that I really need to go through the headache(of my own making) of updating the BIOS for this new CPU?

Here are the specs on my motherboard itself as gotten from CPU-Z:
Main
Manufacturer: Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd.
Model: F2A75M-D3H
Chipset: AMD K15 IMC
Southbridge: AMD A75 FCH
LCPIO: ITE IT8728
BIOS
Brand: American Megatrends Inc.
Version: F5

EDIT: Thanks for the replies, everyone. To confirm something, I actually have gotten the 6800k essentially for free from a friend. I also have recently upgraded to a GTX 950 for the GPU.

According to this you're already using the BIOS required for your intended upgrade, confirming what madmatt30 states.

The A10-6800k is also the most powerful APU available for the motherboard, and as madmatt30 suggests it isn't really worth the upgrade from what you already have unfortunately.

Depending on your PC set up, RAM can be a very influential factor for an APU system (higher clocked RAM is better if allowed). SSDs can be a breath of fresh air for loading and boot up times. And if you don't already, perhaps even a graphics card would help to boost performance.
no bios update required - I have to ask why though??
theres a max of 5% performance difference between the 2 chips - its not really worth updating unless that cpu is completely free!

You would probably be better spending the money elsewhere - whats the pc used for mainly??
what are the rest of your components??
