Hello People,

Please help me.

I'm having an absolute nightmare. I've just bought and EVGA 1070 FTW but my power supply does not seem to have the right cable. The GPU requires two 8 pin power connectors. My semi-modular PSU has one 8 pin but not the other. I have two ports labelled VGA3 - VGA4 on my PSU which i'm assuming i can connect these to the GPU however i cannot find the right cable.

I have been told i need a 8 pin male to 8 pin male connector but trying to find one is like searching for narnia.

This is my PSU backplate. (Fourth picture in the gallery). http://www.evga.com/Products/Product.aspx?pn=110-B1-0750-VR

Can anyone help me?

Hi CountMike,

Unfortunately i bought this PC recently with the Cables already installed. It has no spare 8pin to 6+2 cables.

I never got any with them either. I've been searching for a replacement for days to no avail.

Regards,
