The build:
Intel Core i3 6100 6th gen 1151 LGA
Asus H-110M-K motherboard
Sapphire Radeon Nitro RX-460 2gb
Corsair vs450 Watt PSU
Kingston HyperX Fury 8Gb DDR4

I wanna know if this build is good enough to play games like GTA V, Far cry 4, watchdogs, hitman, etc. In 720p with above 30 fps at low-medium settings???

Yo won't ever need 500W with this rig. 350 would be enough but it's hard finding a quality unit.
Howeber the PSU you picked is really poor unfortunately. Look for a Corsair CXM450 (not the 400/430/500W units, those are garbage), a Seasonic unit or a XFX unit (except the XT450)

Furthermore if you got 15 bucks left to get a B150 board instead of a H110 it'd be a solid investment in terms of future upgradability
