Best motherboard for photo editing and multitasking

I always do multitasking and photo editing I open many tabs that end up my computer lag and freezed. Im planning to buy a new desktop can anyone suggest specs so i can work properly? My budget is around $750.

The Motherboard has nothing to do with that.
I suggest you go for an i7-6700 + a nice B150/H170 board like the Gigabyte G1.Sniper B7
And add 32 GB RAM
