Hey everyone .this is my rig i wanted to know if i could run skyrim on 1080 with fps somewhere about 30.
I'm looking to install about 100 mods (texture mods and some grass and trees overhauls included) maybe an ENB if i could.
Specs:

Intel skylake core i5 6600k
Gigabyte Ga z170x gaming
Samsung 850 pro ssd drive 256gb
Sapphire dualx r9 270x 2gb
Geil ddr4 dual channeled 8gb 2400 2x4gb super luce

Well thanks for your help in advance and this is my first post if I'm posting it in a wrong place well sorry in advance.

Really you don't need to spend that much on a CPU and motherboard for gaming unless you are planning to overclock the thing. A i5-6500 and a $100 motherboard are plenty for high quality gaming, and will be for a few years.

You are better off putting the money towards a good CPU and good video card instead of a high end CPU and lower model video card.

Make sure you get a good power supply, The Seasonic M12II 620 is excellent for the price http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151095

Now if you can still afford the i5-6600K it's a good pick, but get an RX 480 video card or the nVidia GTX 1060 to match that CPU, at least. For higher quality and maybe 1440 and 4k resolution, you'd want that GTX 1070.

No actually i haven't bought the system yet but i wanna build a rig for modding skyrim.

If you are buying this new, why are you getting the 270X instead of the current models? Especially with the 6600K CPU? For AMD cards in the mid range get the RX 470. Or to match the CPU better, the RX 480.

When you say "this is my rig" it sounds like you have it already not that you are just planning to buy parts.

yeah sorry about the "this is my rig" part. English is not my first language. anyway, I have about 800-900 $ in usd currency. and this is the first set up that I'm building so any advice is more than welcome.
