I want to buy RX 460 but im afraid i cant run it because of my Motherboard= PCIE 1.1 16X pls tell me can i run it xD

Solution
Yeah you can run it on PCI-E 1.1. That GPU is (Obviously) compatible with PCI-E 3.0, but the PCI-E Lanes are backwards compatible, so it can run on any lane as long as it is PCI-E x16, this also comes with little to no performance loss at all.

So there's nothing to worry about there.

This isn't really a solution, but I'm running with Angelica 1.2, pcie16x 1.0 and have the same card, but when I hook everything up and try to boot up I get nothing. Just a blue light on the card, but no power to keyboard or mouse, and my monitor receives no signal, am I doing something wrong?

Right I understand that but then why isn't it working? I have a corsair cx750 PSU so it has ample power. Would I maybe need to upgrade my BIOS? That's what I'm trying now anyway.

I appreciate the assistance all, but as it turns out I only needed to upgrade the BIOS. Went to HP.com, put in the model # of my computer and saw there was an upgrade. Restarted and then fully powered off the PC and inserted the new GPU and it booted up fine.
