Do 120mm fans fit under a 240mm rad in a 360mm Slot?

Well I was wondering if I could squeeze a 240mm AIO liquid cooler with a 120mm fan underneath it in a 360mm spot. Please don't think I'm stupid but the Evolve Atx gives you a bit of room to move your fans, so would it work?

It's probably me but can you please draw out what you want to accomplish? The way you've worded it makes it seems like you want to do push/pull on your raditator. If the latter then that will depend on the motherboard you're using, the fans you want o use and how you want to power/control them as well as the height of your ram modules' heatsink.

Edit: Upon 4th reading, I think you're talking about the front 120mm fan mounts, correct? If so then if all the fans are of the same thickness, then yeah the 12mm fan should go in at the bottom or top of the mounts provided the end tanks don't interfere.
