Wireless option not available in the Device manager

Hello All, I am haivng problem with my HP 240 G3 and all of suddden my wirelss is not working. When i disable or enable the wifi button nothing happens (light is white and not turning to amber)
But when i got to device manager i dont see wireless deivice in the list. I can see only Network adapter section and is blank tere as well. Any suggestions please?

go to your hardware manager and in tools you can search for change of hardware, it may bring it back on, but usually when it goes out like that it is also possible it was disabled (somehow) in the bios,. or it has simply died on you, pretty common part and usually pretty easy to replace, I have changed some wifi cards on laptops before and gotten replacements ones from ebay .
