Depends what you're looking for from a phone.
If you just want a nice Android, with respectable specs for a decent price - I'd recommend looking at Blu.

They have a lot of options, at various price points.
I currently use the R1 HD (16GB /2GB version), and I really like it - but I assume a few steps up their product ladder would be an even better option (the R1 HD does have some shortfalls).
Blu phones are GSM only though, won't work with CDMA carriers.
