You should never switch drive PCBs especially if they are different models. It sounds like your HDD's PCB might have failed if it spins when using a different one. However even if the drive can be properly powered by using a different PCB, it does not mean that it's going to be recognized. Basically it does sound like the drive might be dead and if it doesn't spin up, your best option for data recovery (and perhaps the only one) would be a professional solution, such as a data recovery company.
Hey there,

Unfortunately, you won't be able to boot to Windows with that drive since you've installed it while you were using the HDD with a different motherboard. So the OS (operating system) has been configured for the hardware of your old system. In other words, you'll have to make a fresh install of Window.
However, if you have data, which you need to recover from that drive, you should do that first. You can connect it to a different computer in order to recover your files, or use Ubuntu Live USB (this a freeware, bootable, portable version of Linux), to access it and transfer those files to an external HDD for example. Here's how to create a bootable USB with Ubuntu: https://www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop/create-a-usb-stick-on-windows

Hope that helps. Please let me know how everything goes.

@Boogieman_WD uff my mistake. friend connected my HDD internally only which was shown blank (undetectable) . we dont have external connector to check/backup the data...but one problem i had bout my hdd is that it doesnt vibrate & spin when connected internally. so frnd tried one of his hard disks circuit(green) & replaced with mine to check & that time my hdd was spinning & vibrating but was still undetectable...am really confused wat to do.
