If there is a fuse you would probably need to take the printer apart to replace the blown fuse. Trusting that a blown fuse is the real problem.
Most likely any repairs will cost more than a new printer.
How old is the printer? Any warranty time left?
Any location power problems or storms?
Have you verified that the electrical wall socket has power? Check the power cord and plugs for damage or signs of a break. Swap in another cord if possible.
What, if anything, happened just before the printer stopped functioning: new ink cartridge (genuine Epson), some big print job? Any paper jams - maybe not properly closed up.
