I would go for the RX 460 in almost all games it performs quite a bit better than the 750 ti, the 460 is closer in performance to the gtx 950. Its certainly not a bad card for the price.

The RX 460 certainly doesn't and neither do any of the new polaris cards really, with proper cooling.
