Am I entitled to a refund?

I ordered a gtx 1060 off laptops direct and an EVGA G2 550w psu on thursday, later that day I decided to cancel both the orders (both due to arrive between next week wednesday and monday) however, they arrived today, after I had cancelled the orders. Am I allowed to send it back and get all my money back (including shipping costs for me) or am I stuck?

I would call them. Explain the situation. If the order shipped before the cancellation they cannot refund until they receive the merchandise back.
Call them and find out why the order shipped, if a refund has been issued, and request a mailing label for returning the merchandise.

Hi Penguin. It really depends on where you´re living. For example in Europe you normally have a 14 Days return Policy, meaning you can return products withing 14 days without having to provide a valid excuse. On the Downside the seller is allowed to make you pay for the Shippment.

You probably can return your product, but maybe the seller will ask you to pay the Shippment (Very likely). Contact your seller. wait for an awnser (Return address) most websites there are some Returns policy. You can inform yourself there aswell

I'll call them tomorrow thanks for all your answers Im just bummed I now have to pay for shipping, however, I did get an MSI ARMOR OC for £235, do you think I could sell it for more than that if I dont pay for shipping it?
