My first out of scratch pc build. First i couldn't get anything on the monitor and when i tried to solve that my pc started booting and turning off and booting again. Tried putting new thermal paste, re-did my cables but it's the same thing still. Removing reset cable seems to cause no difference, what could it mean? Thanks in advance
