New to Pc gameing and bought a pre built desktop reasonably cheap specs are
Mobo: MSI A68HM-E33 V2
Amd 7860k oc at 4.2ghz
2x 8gb ddr3
1tb hdd
DVDr/CD-R
Psu is a fsp 250-60hhn

Basically want to know if I need o upgrade my psu for a gtx 750ti thanks for any help

Yup you have to be careful with PSU's as they are not all made even in the same series by the same manufactor. Some only are good designs at the lowest wattage and many others.
Now on the 750ti I would suggest you wait a few days. Nvidia should be releasing the 1050 and 1050ti soon. The 1050ti possible in 4 days. MSI has already listed it in some of their info. ASUS and other have leaked pictures of their cards. If nothing else it may reduce the price of the 750ti.
