Computer Keeps crashing with Gray screen while playing games

Hello
my pc has been crashing while playing games like bf3,armored warfare,world of tanks
it will crash to a gray screen and not be responsive at all
i have to turn the pc off and reboot it to fix it but it will repeat itself after playing games
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon R7 370
Motherboard: ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3
Cpu : AMD FX-6100
Windows: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

Ill have to look at the Power supply later and yes all drivers are up to date even switched to old once and temps are around
motherboard 60c-64C
Graphics card 60c
Cpu Around 50C

I cant find the power supply name but the gray screen crash differents from 2-3 hour to 1-2 or even 10-15 minutes it sometimes recoveres from it and gives a directX error from my graphics card that they collided but we downloaded all types of old and new drivers but no fix

Did this start after an update of some sort? May want to try older drivers, but uninstall with DDU first before installing drivers. If this has no effect, could be a failing GPU or power supply. If your system is overclocked, try setting back to defaults to test.

I came from an old driver and at the moment im on the newest the problem is still there but this time it allowed me to play longer like 2-3 hours but then it would crash / i havent overclocked anything
Btw could it be my motherboard thats causing the errors?
or is it probally my Graphics Card
