Hi all, just need some quick advice. I'm looking for a DVD-R with live input recording for a sewer camera. Trying to keep it cheat and durable since it's going to be in trucks, etc. If anyone can suggest one, or alternatively a solid state recorder that can do live input recording, I'd appreciate ti. Thanks!

Then we'd need to know the specs/make/model of what you have. Then maybe we can see if there is an alternative recording device.

That's great for home use, but this is a 200 foot of fiber optic cable thing. It was using this but it broke and they don't make them any more.

It doesn't. It just has to be a replacement for what was in there. Already have the camera and the housing for the monitor and the recorder, so I need a recorder. Solid state would be great if priced reasonably.
