I just had a power surge at my house ( the lights flickered, and everything in my house rebooted). I turned on the computer and i could hear a hard drive clicking. The computer booted up correctly and the only difference was that some of the programs icons that were on the hard drive weren't displaying correctly. also the icons were spread across all four monitors instead of their normal place. then the computer rebooted again. this time everything was in its normal spot and displaying correctly, but everything seems sluggish

Hello, @Nick_Linux!

@drtweak is right both hard drives show that there are no SMART errors on them that you should be concerned about. However, hearing a drive clicking could be a sign of physical failure which might not get detected by the diagnostic utilities. :( I'd strongly recommend you swap the SATA cables and the SATA ports where your drives are connected. Another thing you should do is try booting up with just SSD and only one hard drive at a time connected to see which one might be causing the sluggishness in your system. Afterwards, check its performance with another cable and port. If you have access to another PC, testing the HDDs' performance there is also a good idea.

Let us know how it goes! Good luck! :)
