hello, a few days ago one of the tubes on my corsair hydro h100i v2 jumped out of the pump. with the cooler liquid all over my pc, i contacted corsair about it and this is what they said to me:

Hello,

Our apologies for any inconvenience. Please fill out the attached form completely (pictures and receipts are required) and e-mail back to TS_Hotline@Corsair.com.

Once we receive the form back, we will issue you a prepaid shipping label (within 24-48 hrs.) to bring the Corsair product (it must be sent back to us) and all other components involved back to our Lab for evaluation.

We will do a failure analysis on our component and let you know of the results.

If found that our product indeed caused the damage, we will do our best to accommodate suitable resolutions.

Otherwise, if our product passes the failure analysis, we will then send all the components back to you.

IMPORTANT: If you do not fill out the form completely, your case will be disregarded. Please backup all your files. All damaged components will be disposes. Corsair is not responsible for any data lost during the damage claim process.

is this normall to ask? if they ask this so that they can now i'm not lying it's ok for me but what if something happens while shipping my pc to them?
anyone with advice for me?

Yes this is a normal process so that they can determine if they actually have to refund you. I recommend packing your computer very safely if you are sending it. (Sending it in the original box that the PC / case came in is a good idea, just make sure you put some kind of protection in between the case and the box)
