Replaced Slave HDD, Bootmgr missing

I plan to clone my primary drive's OS to a new HDD once I get it in slave. But after I replaced an existing slave to do that, I got Bootmgr is missing.

What drives are in the system right now?
Return it back to a fully working state, and we can go from there.

C:, D:, E:

Yes, I am going to clone the OS from C: to E:. I bought a 2TB HDD, and I don't want to go through installing Windows on it and downloading all my programs back. So, yes, I am trying to replace E: right now.

C, D, E means absolutely nothing.
Physical drives, partitions, sizes, etc, etc
What OS?


Drive letters mean nothing. Physical drives is what we need to know.

Problem was my system reserved partiton(and boot data) was on drive E 'cause I installed my OS to C while having slaves installed. Used EasyBCD to copy the boot info to C, booted with other drive without problems.
