Should I upgrade my processor or my GPU?

Hello heveryone, so i want to upgrade my current build:

Asus Strix gtx 960
A10 7700K (yeah, i know i fucked this one up)
16 GB Ram

And i want to upgrade my graphics card to a GTX 1060 and my processor to a I5 6500 (and also change de mobo)
I can't do both, so which one is better to start of?

If you wanted an i5 6500, you would need a new motherboard AND RAM and possibly a new copy of windows.

You could get a 4th gen i5 like the i5 4590 and reuse your RAM.

Thanks for the answer, i was looking foward to a Gigabyte Ga-h110m-h for motherboard, shouldn't this one going to be enough?

Also, in case i go with the GPU: How massive will the bottleneck be?

Those motherboards are meant for low voltage DDR3L RAM.
