How do these twitch streamers get such high upload speeds?

I'm sorry if this isn't where I should post this question.

I've been wanting to start twitch streaming for a long time now, but my upload speed is horrible. I see these streamers who say they get 25mbps upload, but the highest upload speed I can find is 5mbps and its extremely expensive. I pay $80 a month for my internet and only get 2mbps upload.

though that is misleading as its just averages. This is better: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_Internet_connection_speeds

depends on your country, last year my connection speed went from 2mb/.256k to 75mbit/25mbit and I never want to go back again. I didn't move, i just changed plans. Most of the people in my country have to pay more for less, its pathetic what govt thinks is acceptable internet speed. I am glad my city has faster option than most. I can get faster but i fee I am fast enough now, and don't want to pay. I hardly upload anything anyway.
