i have q8300 my cpu normal temperature is 65 but when playing games it rises to 100celsius and games are lagging very much any body please help

Seems like better cooler is needed. In the mean time clean dust out and change paste.

I have no idea what you have available in your country (I'm in Serbia, Europe) Look for any that has 120mm fan and/or heat pipes. They will all be better than original.

They are lagging because CPU is overeating and it slows down to save itself. Only better cooling can solve that.
