High CPU usage in games HUGE fps drops

Im getting very high cpu usage while playing games casing me to drop to 1 fps for 2-5 seconds, the games jumping from around 50% usage up to 90+ causing the drops, tried scanning for malware with multiple software and found nothing. Also temperatures are not high, sitting around the mid 40's to 50's.

Specs

CPU: Intel I5 3570K
GPU: GTX 1080
RAM: 12GB (a stick broke a while ago)
PSU: Corsair CX750W

First, stop spamming the forums with your problem. It's the weekend, give people time to reply. Second, while looking at your threads you had a PSU issue as well? Might want to let us know all the problems in ONE thread. Meaning neither of these should have been created. How often are the drops? Might they be occurring when you are loading data off of a spinning drive? Or when other programs are trying to do something?
