First, with that specs, you'd be looking at the ASUS Z170-A ~$150.
Second, unless you're getting the founders edition for much less, it's advisable to switch to a AIB model i.e. Dual/STRIX from ASUS, Windforce/G1/Extreme from Gigabyte etc...
