R9 390 Does it work?

Okay. So I have to be quick about this. So a R9 390 is right now selling for around 100 dollars. its a pretty good price so im maybe going to buy it. But can it work with my setup?

Intel Core i5 4460 @ 3.20GHz

8GB Ram

ASUS 297-P

It's a near 300W card. Is your PSU up to that?

I worry about buying used AMD cards. More so when they are this cheap. Odds are high it's been mining for most of it's life and it might not last that long.
