how can i overclock my laptop?

Hey, i have a 8gb laptop 64bit win 10 INTEL R HD Graphics GPU INTEL CELERON CPU And can't overclock. GPU-Z Says GPU has no clocks HELP MY! I tried a lot of software like msi afterburner and it didn't work.

Mobile Celeron CPUs don't support overclocking. And Intel HD Graphics is not an overclockable platform due to the fact it is an iGPU and not a discrete or an actually external GPU. If you want to overclock, build a PC with an overclockable CPU and GPU or get a laptop that does so.
