I was wondering if this CPU/GPU load looks normal or if bottlenecking

I recently benchmarked my cpu and gpu in CSGO to see if there was a bottleneck issue since I get pretty low fps. I was wondering if it was normal for the cpu/gpu load percentages to be this low while gaming.

My specs are: AMD Athlon X4 860k (not overclocked), SAPPHIRE NITRO AMD R9 380 4gb, 8 GB G.Skill Ripjaws dual channel, evga 600w psu, and a Hyper 212 evo cooler.

Solution
Your 860k and R9 380 is an alright cpu and gpu match, i dont think the processor should bottleneck the graphics card, however, since you have a 212 evo cooler, you may as well overclock your 860k to some extent to get better frames so that you dont worry about the bottleneck.
