Budget desktop for gaming and photoshop

I wanted to build a computer around $800. that's all I can afford right now. I mostly need it for photoshop but also for moderate gaming. Let me know if I should change anything up.

also I know there is only one stick of ram but I plan on getting a second 8gb in the near future.

the RAM will step down to 2133, but its cheaper right now (and you could tighten the timings at 2133, so I might end up CAS 13 or 14.

for similar money (About $745) you could also do an i5-6500 and a RX480, but I suspect the I7 will work better for photoshop.

Build above i believe is the best option. I'd just switch out the AsRock for a Gigabyte H110M-A as AsRock tends to make some lower quality products.
