Forgot to include boot partition when cloning HDD to SSD

Hey Guys!

I used EaseUS ToDo Backup to clone my HDD to my new Crucial 250gb SSD. However, when I was choosing which drives to clone, I only included C: and none of the other partitions on accident. So, naturally I now can't bootup using my SSD. I receive a "No operating system" message on attempting to boot.

My question is: "How do I wipe my SSD to start over and this time INCLUDE all of the necessary partitions? Can I just ADD the boot and recovery partitions to what is already there maybe and save myself 1 1/2 hours of clone time?"

Also, I was wondering: maybe I could use the Windows 10 media creation tool to create a disk recovery on this 6 gb flash drive that I have and use it's repair function to add the missing boot partitions?

Solution
OK...does the system work properly with just the original drive?

If so, maybe try a different cloning tool.
Macrium Reflect, for instance.

I would just redo it again, properly. Include ALL the necessary partitions.

Can I simply go through the process and try to clone again even with there being a partition and 170gbs of data on the drive? Because I tried it and I got some random error that made no sense. I assumed it was because of that?

I've not used EaseUS for this, but it should just wipe what's on the drive.
If it doesn't, it should give you the option of deleting the existing partitions.

Is there a way to wipe the partitions and pretty much reset it to factory in a way that doesn't involve EaseUS? EaseUS seems to be great at cloning but not so intuitive to getting it to wipe partitions. I tried wiping manually and got an error and trying to simply clone seems to be presenting an error now that there are partitions on this drive now.
