I got a dell ins.15-3521 because it has a shattered dc jack input on comp. can I kinda hot wire this so as to use comp since mine took a leave of absence(stolen)..the whole jack plastic part inside comp. is gone only leaving metal "pins" showing.....also will it run charging or not as long as battery is in..thank all for your input ...and what is best way to do procedure if its possible been lookin at post for pin placement and/or diagram but no luck so far thank you

Replace the jack, you can solder a new on to the pins, depending on exactly what was damaged that is.
