My Budget is below Rs.15000. I want to buy a gaming graphics card for Assassin's Creed Syndicate.Is it good to buy GTX 750 Ti 4GB?

Not sure about the release date in your country, but look into a GTX 1050 it will be coming out soon (next week or so)
