Need help with my LED not turning off when PC is turned off.

Just as the title says, when i turn off my PC the LED on my liquid cooler is still on and the built in light on my microphone is also on. If it's an option on windows or my motherboard, let me know!
My MOBO: Asus z97-a OP: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

When you shut down your Win10 machine then in reality it doesn't turn off like Win7 and previous Wins did. Instad, your PC is going to hibernate mode. Hence why the LEDs are working.

EDIT: Tried it out and turning off fast startup didn't solve the issue.
