AMD FX6300 Overclock stuck at 1.4v only?

fx 6300 won't go past 1.4v , why?? mobo- msi 760gm p-23 , went into the bios and adjust the voltage, but i can't increase it past the 1.4000v or should i say past 1.4volts , what will i need to do to make it 1.45v - 1.5volts?

Another MB, that one is not great overclocker. It probably limits voltage in order to protect itself. Although FX 6300 starts with 95W it raises much higher when you OC. Lousy VRM on that MB couldn't supply enough power at higher voltages and would burn out.
