500GB SSD vs 2x 250GB SSD

Hi everyone...so a few days ago a posted a build i,ll most likely be getting sometime this week...in it i posted i would be using a Samsung 850 evo 500gb,now i'm thinking of getting 2 Samsungo 750 evo 250gb ssd's....the reason:putting my OS and games on one ssd and using the other exclusively for photoshop and photo editng apps...the price is practically the same...i live in spain and the 850 evo costs me 155euros and the 2x750 evo's cost 142euros...any ideas are most welcome...Thanks in advance...

Either way will work.
I'm personally not a fan of multiple partitions on a single physical drive.

I do like the separation of OS+applications, and data such as photo editing, etc. A physical drive for each.

The 850 EVO is ever so slightly faster than the 750, but I doubt you'd actually notice.
