Just wondering which is better and more future proof and will be able to handle dota 2, lol , cs go at 1080p

i3 6100 + MSI GT 730 1GB 64Bit Gddr5
or
G4400 + Sapphire RX 460 2GB

does i3 performance twice as powerful at g4400 because the price is twice
does RX 460 performance twice as powerful as RX 460 price is 2.5x higher

if you're on a really right budget, Try getting i3-6100 for sure, and a 750ti GPU. If you're going to be gaming, you shouldnt be investing in the 730 at all. There are quite a few people with the G4400 builds, it really comes down to the games you play if you want to game with the g4400 and research.

Well, when doing a budget build like yours, it's a "made to fit" situation. Where it's more of one game that you play and that's what your system focuses on. The games you listed are a variety. Meaning, some are cpu heavy, some more gpu heavy. Best overall happy spot would be i3 with 750ti. To ensure playability and fps. Other than that, you can look on YouTube, for game play tests (many people experiment with budget build and upload results and preview of game play) and decide from there.

Whatever you do, do not spend any money on a GT 730.

The performance of the 730 is comparable to (and a little worse than) HD Graphics 530 - which is the onboard graphics for the i3-6100.

I would pick up an i3-6100 for sure, and if you're on a really low budget, run with the onboard graphics until you can afford to drop a decent GPU in.
An RX460 is a good budget option, but I'd recommend holding off a little longer until you can afford an RX470 or a GTX 1060 (3GB)..... or potentially even a GTX 1050 which should be released soon(ish).
