My pc keeps freezing (screen got freeze but there was sound running; sometime environment load too slow and got hang) while i play games and i have no idea why
I tried looking online for people with similar problems and a possible solution but nothing yet.
I downloaded a program to test my ram and the ram was fine with 0 errors
I checked the cpu temperature and it was good
I installed all the newest drivers
I defragmented my HDD
Problem still persists
I'm just clueless about what could be causing it

Cpu - I7 6500u
Video card - GeForce GTX 940M (4GB)
8 GB ram DDR3
Windows 10 pro 64bit
Laptop: Acer aspire V3-575G-76HZ
I'm getting 20-26 fps on the witcher 3 in medium preset... but like I said it randomly keeps freezing and stuck on loading screen and got blured for a while... some times its start running some times not... same problem with gta v too... but while freeze sound keeps running... and i'm not sure but i didn't found this normal lagging from gpu... not sure though... anyone of you got any clue please help... I've also tried re-installing windows and try again several times...
### I've also turned off windows search and superfetch... and used Windows Driver Verifier, nothing found... also turned of PCI option from power settings... this making me so annoying and games unplayable... please help if possible...
