Before it breaks or before it becomes obsolete? I'm pretty sure it will become obsolete before it breaks unless your running a unstable/high voltage/high temp OC (electromigration). As far as how long it will last for gaming I would think around 5 years before you will want to upgrade.

At those temps it will become obsolete before it break, and those temps are excellent, well below the max safe temp (72C).
