After my computer crashed from my desk being slammed by another person, the only thing i can hear from my computer with all headphones and speakers is static. The static doesn't appear in the bios just in windows. Could it be loose wiring or is it a dead sound card?

I doubt your sound card is trashed. I'd check the plug on the motherboard. The solder holding the plug to the motherboard may have broke loose and may need to be resoldered.
Can you get a sound if you wiggle the connector?
Have you tried different speakers to rule out the possibility of a faulty plug on the speakers.

Btw, whoever slammed my PC would have a problem. Have you considered new friends?

You would need to physically try to wiggle the connector while powered on and connected to speakers/ headphone. You'll be able to hear when it is making a connection and when it is not. If you don't notice any difference then chances are the problem lies elsewhere.
