I reformatted and now the drive is way to slow for the backup disk of windows is way too slow over 48 hrs to get to 67% and then it started over How can I fix my PC

Not sure what you are asking here, are you saying the setup of Windows was taking 48 hours? Try it on a new hard-drive.
