Im upgrading ram because ive been peaking my 16gb while playing games and running servers so why not upgrade to the best ram right?

RipJaws X F3-17000CL11Q-16GBXL DDR3-2133 16GB CL11-11-11-30 1.60 Volt

And my plan is to get a kit of:

Trident X F3-2400C10Q-32GTX DDR3-2400Mhz 32GB CL9-11-11-28 1.65 Volt

Would i get any FPS gains or notice a difference in running servers/games with the more capacity/faster RAM?

Depends on what all you do, faster DRAM shows more in multi-tasking, memory hungry apps, using large data sets and in some games (more coming. With your usage, the additional DRAM will also speed things up overall as there will be less use of the page file on your hard drive

As ryguybuddy already said, you won't see much of a performance gain except to avoid system stutter from maxed-out RAM usage. What you WILL get is a giant overhead with the ability to run plenty of Virtual machines or high-demand server applications (as long as your CPU can keep up as well).
