I currently have 8GB Corsair 2133mhz Vengeance not sure about the DDR i think its 3? I was wondering what RAM would be a better upgrade purely for playing BF1 and COD 4 re-mastered?

1st, Does with motherboard use only DDR3 or can it use DDR4?
2nd, Will Corsair CMY16GX3M2A2133C11 Vengeance Pro Series 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 2133Mhz CL11 XMP Performance Desktop Memory Kit Black/Silver, be a better upgrade from my current RAM and will it be compatible with my motherboard?

Solution
From the motherboard spec page:

4 x DDR3 DIMM sockets supporting up to 32 GB of system memory

1) You must use DDR3, and your motherboard supports RAM at these speeds: DDR3 3200(O.C.) / 3100(O.C.) / 3000(O.C.) / 2933(O.C.) / 2800(O.C.) / 2666(O.C.) / 2600(O.C.) / 2500(O.C.) / 2400(O.C.) / 2200(O.C.) / 2133(O.C.) / 2000(O.C.) / 1866(O.C.) / 1800(O.C.) / 1600 / 1333 MHz memory modules

2) Adding more RAM will not improve performance unless you are already maxing out your system's RAM use. If you are getting system stutters from maxing out your RAM then you will see an improvement in performance, otherwise you probably won't notice any change at all. What having more RAM will afford you is more flexibility for higher-demand...

Your Z97 Chipset board uses DDR3 only. Increasing space on RAM will help you a lot if you want to open a lot of things (e.g. chrome tabs) at the same time, will help as well to play games that needs a lot of memory. Increasing speed (Mhz) will not help performance that much. The RAM that you want to upgrade is compatible with your motherboard as well.

3) Yes, the Corsair CMY16GX3M2A2133C11 is compatible.
